Due to the perishable nature of our floral products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@bloommaison.net or (786) 978-4078. We will review the concern and work toward an appropriate resolution.

To help us assist you, we may request photographs of the arrangement upon delivery.
